Eline Strøm-Gundersen to Terravera

Terravera strengthens its visibility and accessibility for Norwegian businesses through a collaboration with strategist and marketing leader Eline Strøm-Gundersen. Bringing extensive experience in sustainability, innovation, and market development, she will help increase understanding of sustainability modelling across the business community.

Her experience strengthens Terravera’s market approach, including the development of the foundation’s positioning, brand platform, and strategies to reach organisations that want to stay ahead in the transition. The role is also driven by a broader ambition: to help companies make better decisions about how they operate within environmental limits.

She points out that many organisations are ready to change, but often lack the tools to turn ambition into action. That is where she sees Terravera’s role as particularly relevant.

Proven leadership experience

Strøm-Gundersen brings extensive experience working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, sustainability, marketing, and organisational development. Over many years, she has worked closely with organisations to develop new services, partnerships, and strategic directions in response to major societal changes.

Her previous roles include:

  • Director of Marketing and Communication at EGGS, an endorsed brand within Sopra Steria

  • Building the EGGS Design brand from start-up to an established organisation prior to its acquisition by Sopra Steria

  • Marketing Director at Variér Furniture, where she led global marketing for a Norwegian manufacturer exporting more than 95 percent of its products

  • Leading national design awards and recognition programs at the Norwegian Design Council, a foundation under the Ministry of Trade and Industry

  • Serving on several boards, most recently as Chair of a fintech company

With Strøm-Gundersen on the team, Terravera will help more Norwegian businesses document their climate impact and strengthen their green competitiveness.
